Have an event date? Tell us when you order. Everything except backer cards is made in our shop, so we can often work with your schedule. For rush production, email hello@thepennydepot.com.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves our shop.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged
Email hello@thepennydepot.com with your order number. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it shows delivered but you can't find it, we'll file the claim with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund. You won't be left sorting it out alone.
International orders
We're happy to ship internationally. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your country and are paid by the customer on delivery.

Our promise
Every Penny Depot penny is pressed, polished and packed by hand in our North Carolina shop. If something isn't right, we want to hear from you first so we can make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective
Email hello@thepennydepot.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.
Express Line and personalized pennies
Because each penny is made to order, and many are engraved with names or dates, Express Line and personalized pennies are final sale unless they arrive damaged, incorrect or defective.
Custom orders
You'll approve an emailed proof before we press anything. Once you approve it, the order is final, and we guarantee your pennies will match that proof. If they don't, we'll remake them at no charge.
Need to cancel? Before we begin engraving your die, we'll refund you in full. After that, we'll refund your order minus the setup fee and any design work already completed.
Accessories
Unused Pennybandz and souvenir penny books can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us first for return instructions; return shipping is paid by the customer, and we'll refund the item price once it arrives.
About our copper
We press on genuine pre-1982 copper pennies that have been in circulation, so color and tone vary a little from penny to penny. That natural variation is part of their charm and isn't considered a defect.
Safety
Pennies are small and can be a choking hazard. Please keep them away from young children.
